Attention to detail is awesome. They explain everything to you, do multiple checks to make sure your party details are correct, and they coordinate the whole event. From instructing parents, wrangling kids, setting up the party room, to even serving the kiddos pizza they handle it all. My son had a blast at his party and it was low stress for me.

The custom service was great. Exceeded my expectations! The manager ensure that we had everything ready for the party days in advance. He followed up over the phone and email. The ladies helping during the party were great. They were patient and very helpful. They had at least 2 people watching over the kids to make sure no rough plays. They were proactive and setup the room with the cake and goody bags while I was able to enjoy the party with my daughter and spend time with the parents. We had an amazing time!! Kids wanted to stay longer. The only thing to improve is to allow parties to extend play time for extra charge. Thanks for the service and great time.

We went here for Bounce and Ice Cream. Price was reasonable for a 2 hour play session followed by a small ice cream. My kid had a great time, and I’m sure we’ll be back. I’d give it 5 stars if there was a more comfortable spot for the grown ups to sit while the kids play. I was hoping to get some work done while my kid played, but my only options were a bench or the floor. A few tables and chairs would totally take this place next level!

Had my son's birthday party at Pump it Up and the service was awesome. The staff was well organized, exceptionally friendly and attentive. Every parent was very impressed and were inquiring about having their children's next party at the facility. Keep up the great work folks!
