This program is truly the best program in Northern Virginia. They have the best coaches that really do shape these athletes through hard work and dedication. This program will strengthen your athlete's true potential with a regimen that they use at all of their gyms. My daughter's jumps are just about maxed out in half a season and they strive to score in the upper 90's by their second competition. Not only has my daughter's team done that but by their 3rd comp they have a PAID bid to Summit. They have already won their division, received Grand Champs, and a PAID bid to US Finals. This program is truly amazing. You will not regret bringing your athletes here.

This is truly one of the most top notch training facilities for cheer. The coaches are invested in each athlete’s growth - both physically and emotionally. My daughter loved her team and they earned a Summit bid at their first National competition, it was the work ethic and confidence instilled by the coaches that allowed each athlete to flourish and together the team went undefeated. I highly recommend this gym if you want your athlete to be challenged physically and mentally. They offer a variety of classes at all levels as well as private lessons for individualized training!

Our first year as a Stingray family has been amazing! We have seen our daughter grow in both skills and confidence this year. She has loved her team, her coaches, and the overall environment. As a parent, I have seen how the coaches set high expectations for their athletes and help them rise to achieve them. I have also appreciated the friendly environment for families and how responsive coaches are to our questions or concerns. Our three daughters all cheer at the Stingray Allstars of Virginia. As soon as you walk into the lobby of the gym you feel such a positive vibe and energy! We are so impressed with the program, coaching, and overall experience. Stingrays has been instrumental in reinforcing our values of teamwork, hard work, and persistence. This gym has helped all athletes to develop great character and time management, all while having such a fun time with their friends and coaches. Their skills have progressed greatly and their very specific training process ensures attention to detail and safety. Coaches are dedicated to these athletes and truly care for them. They genuinely celebrate their successes and support them through their difficult times. Truly, it feels like family here, and I can't imagine us anywhere else. The change over from Legacy to The Stingrays has been seamless and a great breath of fresh air! I am so impressed with the way things are being done now and love how there is so much positivity and winning going on with so many of the Virginia teams!
