I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They give you the run around and say one thing and do something totally different. The best way I see to resolve our issues is to seek legal counsel. I don't think customers should be calling a company constantly to see when they going to finish their work. Sorry but that mission statement need to be removed because it is a total lie. My husband and I are not happy and I refuse to keep calling people I owe nothing too but owe us a finished building or money back! Make sure if you do use them you keep all contracts, emails, any dates you've contacted them etc.. So glad I have every document and every date I emailed them and spoke to them; phone texts and records don't lie!

Regardless of the reviews I have read - I have had a pretty good experience with L&G. The beginning stages are a little difficult getting things into scheduling, but having patience is the key with anything, especially in 2020. At the end of the day, I was thrilled with my overall concrete and building!

Absolutely the worst company i have ever delt with in my life! Have pics of the mess they left on my property for anyone that would like to see Anytime. Run from this company now! My 5 year old son does better cement work than this company with his eyes closed!! Please take this review serioisly. TERRIBLE work!!!!!!

Similar experience as stated in other comments. Poor concrete, terrible customer service, mess all around building after the build was completed. Two months later I’m still finding problems and screws in my yard. When confronted with problems I was actually swore at by the person they had call me. I have told everyone who’s looking for a building to not use them!

My husband has been speaking with Liz the sales rep/manager of L&G since before Christmas. On March 3rd my husband and I drove to their office to finalize everything instead of doing all by phone... the house/building that the office was in looked very unprofessional... it was an old abandoned looking house which should’ve raised a red flag to begin with but since Liz seemed so nice and organized we went ahead with the meeting. That day we chose all options and finalized contract, we stated multiple times that our house would be completed in June and the building would need to be finished no later than mid May so we could have all electrical ran and inspections done. Well here we are 2 months later and the deposit has been paid as requested and no building has been started. My husband had contacted them weekly since the beginning of April and it’s been excuse after excuse why they’ve not started but yet on their Facebook page they’ve posted buildings they’ve started and finished since then. My husband contacted them on Friday and spoke with Liz and advised that we have now come to the point where it’s too late to get a building done within our construction loan because our home will be finished before they’ll even get started and we’ve requested our deposit back... she stated that she’d have to review with the owner... the co-owner then called my husband back and refused to refund our 5k and stated he was told they had until the end of June to begin which has never been the case. I would NOT recommend this company. We’ve been waiting 2 months and still no building which is extremely frustrating.
