The best around. Highly recommend if you want a great guide service with a better guide to climber ratio.

I developed a touch of altitude sickness on our way to the summit. We had a 4 man rope team with considerable mountaineering experience and made the decision that I needed to head down. Jay and Ryan from IMG we’re descending and let me rope into their team so my party could continue to summit. Jay and Ryan were class act guys. Their display of mountain etiquette and kindness makes me believe that a guided trip with these guys must be a blast. My team could have and would have easily turned around to take me back to Muir, but thanks to the help from Jay and Ryan I was able to make it down to Muir and my team was able to summit. Thanks again guys. Much appreciated.

Hi! My name is Simona.I have one question. I hope you can help me. I was in France on the highest and most beautiful mountain in Mont Blanc. I stopped at the du Gouter hut. As I was leaving 21.9.2019, a valuable thing fell out of my backpack. So now I'm looking for a person who works there, in a hut or as a guide? thank you. . . Of course, I would pay you this favor. The gopro camera is a precious memory to me, so please take a look. It should fall from the bench at the entrance to the cabin or in the room on the left side under the benches. I hope you wiil hear and let me know if you found it. Thank you very much. If you find , please send me a message in my box . I hope you find it. Greetings s from Slovenia

We purchased a Kilimanjaro climb with International Mountain Guides. I asked to pay for the trip with my credit card that includes baggage insurance, medical insurance, and trip insurance. International Mountain Guides didn't allow the use of the credit card and required the purchase of 944 of insurance from a third-party insurance company. We purchased the insurance through Trip Assure which is their recommended insurer. On the way to the climb we were robbed, and I was injured with two broken ribs. After six months and twelve phone calls Trip Assure is offering 750 for the 2564 of stolen baggage and hasn't offered anything for the 13597 medical and lost trip. If I had paid for this with my credit card, we would have been fully reimbursed five months ago.

Did the 3.5 day Rainier climb with IMG this past August and it was truly AMAZING. First time mountaineering and part of a charity climb, we couldn't have asked for a better group of guides. Kurt (guest from Sierra Mountaineering International), Max, Peter, and Don were absolutely the best. That's 4 guides and there were only 7 of us climbers - that's a great ratio. They were serious enough to ease any nerves, yet light-hearted enough to keep it fun, the perfect blend of experience and personality. It was an unforgettable trip because of their leadership, careful attention to detail, and overall respect for the mountain. Highly recommend.
