Tried to get a X300 home maintenance kit. Called and kept getting throw back at what I guess was the front desk person. She said she would get parts to call me back and took my number and name. No one called me back and now I’m ordering it else where.
Avoid this place. They are arrogant , avoids customers , and one of the worse customer service I have encountered in my life. I rather pay 3x more from cat then deal with these guys. I sat in the yard for 1 hour picking something up and had to ask for upper management to get my machine pulled. RUN
