Stay way from this company. It took almost 3 moths to get my glass installed and we prepaid in full for it. Bad customer service, they can't keep their schedule and they don't have a second plan in case something happens, just excuses . We had to threat them to cancel charges on the credit card so we could have our glass installed. We made several complains with the owner Jaqueline and none of it was addressed, they just don't care 0once they have your money. Last week my customer complained about a broken seal on the door and the leak in their bathroom due to the broken seal, so I called Jaqueline last Friday to ask for a repair, after several attempts to deal with the office with no luck, at the time of this writing we still have no answer on the repair after she said, \I get you a time and date for the repair by the end of the day.\ No I have to find someone else to repair their bad quality product that didn't last 3 months. My only solution now is to cancel the charges and have someone else do the job properly. The sad part is, I'm regular customer that pays in full.

My experience with London Glass was phenomenal. They are great at what they do, and their product is absolutely amazing. The doors are absolutely beautiful, the finishes are stunning. We ended up getting a shower door and large mirror for our master bath, and another mirror for our guest bath. They are attentive, and reply super fast to any questions and concerns that you may have. Installation also happened very quickly. I have attached photos of the work they did for us at our home and couldn't be happier. You will not be disapointed if you choose London Glass!

I work for a company that renovates and sells high end real estate, as well as, has a portfolio of high end rental units. During the last 4 years we have used London Glass & Mirrors to install over a dozen glass shower doors from high end house in the MetroWest area to Boston high rises. Across the board, their work has been outstanding! They are prompt, professional, and above all, their work is fantastic. Recently, my husband and I renovated our master bath, and London Glass was the only company we consulted for our glass shower door. As always, prompt, easy to work with, and beautiful!

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience with a “professional” ever. Please do not buy a house built by London glass and Mirror and Eddie Sampaio. We purchased a new construction house built by him on Cape Cod and it has been a nightmare. Eddie is unresponsive, did not finish the work that he promised and even trespassed and stole material from our property after we closed on the house. Now that we are in the house we are finding leaks from all the showers and bathtub, our dryer vent was put together with plastic pieces that don’t even fit together and taped to each other with duct tape (not even aluminum tape) and cabinet doors that were installed backwards! This guy is a criminal and a liar and should not be trusted.
