I went in inquiring about these apartments as they look nice and have a great location. Christina was so nice! She went above and beyond helping me and telling me what I would need. I came in at five an hour before closing expecting an attitude and she was super sweet and helpful. Thank you so much! Prayerfully I can make this place home soon ️

I've submitted several emergency work orders months ago regarding the lack of hot water for my shower, my kitchen sink faucet dripping, and my neighbor's cigarette smoke filtering in my home, making it difficult for me to breathe. No one has visited my apartment to investigate, let alone, fix anything. The problems still persist several months later. I'm angry, frustrated, and tired of this. I pay my rent on time every month, but I still have to take cold showers, my dripping faucet is increasing my water bill, and the filter in my bathroom fan hasn't been changed, meaning I'm still breathing in my neighbor's second-hand smoke that filters through it. I don't know what to do anymore or who to speak with about my apartment's problems. UPDATE: My issues have been fixed. Christina personally reached out to me and assured me that she'll make sure my needs are taken care of.
I'm a current resident; This complex is a gem! It is conveniently located, it's on the outskirts of old westend so your not in the way of all that but still soo close to downtown without that downtown price. I'm in a 1 bedroom unit, it's very spacious, the neighborhood is gated so there are no random people walking the neighborhood. Ot is kept clean and cared for by the residents & maintenance team! Christina & Jasmine the complex manager & assistant are always just one email away. With covid going on the office hours are a out of wack but I get an email response same day when I have questions. They have made my transition from NC to GA very comfortable and I appreciate them very much. Bc this place is so close to downtown I'd advise applying 1st if there is a unit available then coming in bc waiting to see the unit you won't have one... these units go super fast!
Had a great experience with Christina in the leasing office. I had stopped by to see apartments and although what I wanted wasn't available she gave me some great recommendations in sister properties and some safe neighborhoods to look in to because I was moving from out of state. Very nice woman!
