This was my first time in Aspen and first time staying at the little Nell. Our experience was amazing! The customer service at the front desk and the valet was top notch. Everyone was so kind and took care of any request we asked for. They remember you by name and make you feel very welcome. The maid service was also amazing. Every time we returned to our room, it was spotless and they refilled our drinks every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel with great customer service in Aspen!

Five stars. The Little Nell truly is a home away from home. Everything is amazing, from the staff who will go out of their way to make you feel welcome, to the rooms which are cozy, comfortable and equipped with high end toiletries and a complimentary mini bar! The restaurants serve fantastic food both at breakfast and lunch/dinner. We want to go back again and again and again and again!

The Little Nell is one of the best places I've ever stayed- after traveling many countries and states. Everything about the place- from the location, the views, the staff, the drivers, was perfect. We ended up adding three extra days to our stay because we just didn't want to leave. I highly recommend taking a trip out to Aspen and staying with The Little Nell in January. We can't wait to go back.

Absolute best experience staying here at The Little Nell! The staff and hotel is the prime example of 5 star service. Tip: order their world famous hot chocolate drink at Element 47 My boyfriend and I hope to return to Aspen in the future soon! Also huge shout out to May, she’s the absolute best.

Everything about the Nell is 5 stars. Even with masks on you can still tell everyone is greeting you with smiles. Noemi was super helpful and professional and all the guys at the door were very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Just book it! The best hotel in all of North America. From the moment you book (even before you get here) the customer service exceeds all expectations. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of every need. It’s really the attention to detail that separates it from all the other great options in the area. Will come back every year!
