Takes forever to get unloaded. Here for 12 hours to get 4000 pounds of styrofoam cups unloaded. I will unload myself next time. Day guard I checked in with was real nice. Night guard, she was a real piece of work. Terrible attitude. I have a family at home that I need to take care of. Lost 2 loads, approximately 800 waiting on these people. They don't get that truckers gotta roll to make a living.

Had an appointment to deliver frozen at 3am. Arrived at 10 pm and checked in. In 15 minutes I was given a dock door. I was empty by 1230am. I felt like lumper was a bit expensive at 185. But not bad overall. I didn't have any problems while being here. They have plenty of parking!

Horrible experience. Person working for lumper service was rude and verbally disrespectful. When I pointed the fact out to him and his manager, he said "he was going to wait to take care of my last", and after questioning the manager why he would let an employee talk to customers like that he acted like it didn't matter and said "he checks in the loads as he can" even though I've been here the longest. I have already been unloaded for 6 hours and here for a total of 8.5, only upside is after the 3 hour mark my companies penalties are very expensive which I pointed out to the manager which he once again acted like it didn't matter. Very very unprofessional, disrespectful, and degrading. As an owner operator of my own company it's very sad to see a company do this to people.

I miss my appointment time and they still gave me a door with no problem guards are nice takes a little long unloading throughout the night but what do you expect in this industry on my way for the second time delivery again and looking forward to it they start checking in trucks at 10 p.m. stop at 5 a.m.

First impressions goes a long way. You ask questions and they automatically assume you been to this location. The guy handling the lumper service very nasty attitude. Here I am paying for trailer to be unloaded which is crazy and his attitude sucks. Whomever is in charge you need to make them check themselves at the door. What if I came into the facility with a bad attitude? Exactly.

The Lumper service here extremely sucks, so very unprofessional. Got charged a rediculous amount, 260 to unload a load of charcoal, be ready to hunt them down after they leave u sitting for many hours after ur unloaded, the supervisor and his workers seriously screw off here making u sit many hours for no reason. They finally got me out of there quick after i hunted the boss man down and I busted both the supervisor and his employees screwing off while i was sitting at the dock door unloaded for 2 hours for no reason and saw that my load was already put away. This place really sucks!!!! Avoid this place!!!!! You been warned!!!
