I am not sure why the rating is so low. I had an appointment for 0300. I arrived around 0145. I checked in at the guard shack and was told to park and await a phone call for door assignment. As soon as I got backed into my spot to wait, my phone was ringing 2 minutes later. I docked at my door, checked in at door 62 and was told my lumper fee. They started unloading pretty much immediately. They did take a small break but even with that break, they finished up fairly quickly. The paperwork took the longest but I was out of the gate by 0530. The only thing I could see being an issue is that depending on what time you get called to check in, it could be almost 10 drivers in line but I got lucky and no one was waiting. When I checked out, the check in line was long but moving quickly. They do have to count and verify the freight so that takes time but I don't see what the issue is. Everyone was so kind and everything was pretty efficient.

It's a very bad place not to come here. I came in at 1:00 am and left at 10:00 am . Not a single star belongs to them. I was waiting to receive the documents for 2 hours

Security Guard is really Nice. They take you in @ 10 pm no matter but time ur apt .park in staging area they will call u for door .restroom also available

Very slow. If delivering there its a 8 to 11 hour wsit time.
