We are so thankful that Astrea moved into our area. The internet is fast and reliable. Much better than anything we have had before. The service provider was polite and efficient. We were installed within days of inquiring about service. We love Astrea!

At first I was very disappointed. Things didn’t go well from the start,took 2 weeks to get service on the TV. But being a new construction and employees laving there were some bugs to work out. Not happy with only being able to get is once a week (We’d 10 AM to 2PM)don’t know if is due to lack of help or not Being the first ones in a new construction I should have expected a few bugs Once a week service sucks if you have trouble that you can’t get help with over the phone Things are better now maybe could raise my rating.
.Great installers, safe and clean, professional and respectful. When questions are asked on phone, I was connected to someone who was able to assist me without delay. Very pleased with this company.
The service we r getting is great. We went from att to Astrea!!! Love it. Although I did talk with customer support with a couple issues and they never got back to me. Even though the issues were minor I still hoped a phone call back.
The BEST customer service in the business. Just bought a new house, called Astrea and Amber Lee had someone there for me the exact day and time I needed someone! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly recommend this company
