I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! As I have gotten older and more concerned about what I put in my body, I found this product line. Clean, simple and effective. I can tell as I drink the cold press drinks and shots that my body is responding instantly. Whether I am on a hike/run or at work the power blocks keep me going as well. The hydration product is delicious and doesn’t have that sticky sweet feeling or flavor. It is very light and very thirst quenching. The flavors are very unique as well. The Strawberry Mint is my favorite but I also really like the Watermelon. I highly recommend this product line if you care about what you put in your body.

ATAQ Fuel gives me the hydration I need to get through my races, the energy to keep me going, and the clean protein to help build muscle in my workouts. Their products taste great, and are easily digestible, so I can focus on my training!
ATAQ fuel provides a great mix of products for racing and training. The hydration mixes provide a truly useful balance and dose of electrolytes and have definitely been an asset during strenuous summer training/events. A big bonus is the taste—often hydration mixes with a useful level of magnesium have an unappealing taste and can quickly get old. These continue to provide a great balance over the hours. The energy bars are my other favorite. Provide a good shot of calories and super easy to eat on the fly. ATAQ by MODe continues to develop and refine their products. Check it out, will be worth your time if you are serious about your nutrition whether training for endurance events or just as a supplement to a healthy diet. Great science backs it up.
Finally, a plant based protein powder that doesn't taste like chalk. ATAQ has made it easy for me to do nutrition right. There's no extra junk that goes into a lot of other nutrition products out there. The bars taste amazing, the hydration works amazing, the protein powder is better than any I've used before taste and quality wise. Try it and you won't go back
I have tried several plant based proteins in last year. When Ryan Kempson introduced what he was using, I had to try for myself. Definitely No disappointment here!!! What a great product, no stomach problems and no issues during OCR racing and I feel great before during and after . If you're looking to go plant-based as an athlete I definitely recommend this.
