Go in and talk to Pat. He's a knowledgeable, experienced, straightforward guy. Answered every question I had, with no hesitation. Super helpful, and long story short, I walked out happy, with a new Polaris RZR. Something that set him apart in my opinion, even days after we concluded business, he was still helpful when I called in. It's not a "got your money, now go away" kind of place. We will absolutely be returning customers.

Seemed like the parts guys didn't care whether or not they sold me anything. They didn't know what a set of spoke wrenches looked like. Otherwise... everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I also purchased a killer new helmet while I was there. The lady at the desk was very informative and helpful when it came to choosing a helmet.

You will not find better folks to work with when purchasing a new motorcycle. I live in Knoxville and found a bike on there website. I called pat at cycle world and he went the extra mile for me. He even held the bike for like 4 days till I could get to Athens Georgia with my enclosed trailer to purchase the bike. Pat and Barry even helped me load it in my trailer and made sure it wouldn’t fall on my journey back to Knoxville. I will now be driving to Georgia every cpl years to trade up and only deal with pat. They are well worth traveling many hours to work with. Extremely pleased. The bike was every bit what he said it was over the phone. Thanks Pat. Appreciate you too Barry!!
