My wife and I stopped at Abol Cafe and Restaurant for dinner last Friday, 09/04/2020. I cannot say enough about the people and the food at Abol. First BEST COLLARD GREENS I HAVE EVER EATEN PERIOD!!! These folks are not messing around with their greens. When I tell you I would eat these collards for breakfast regularly, I am not joking. Secondly, the Kitfo was excellent and spiced perfectly. Thirdly, the staff at Abol was very attentive and made sure we had the best experience possible while dinning with them. If you want to experience a taste of Ethiopia, head out to Abol, your mouth will thank you. Don't forget to try the collards.

Hole in the wall Ethiopian wall. Inside is very modern looking, there was one server who was there when I went. I got the vegetable platter and my friend got the Kornice Tibs and Shiro. The shiro was delicious. Out of the vegetable platter the red lentils were my favorite. It was very flavorful overall. I love the injera. It wasn’t too busy when I went, food came out fairly quickly. The server was really nice and checked in on us.

The staff had great customer service. Very friendly and welcoming. The food was well cooked and the salad was well seasoned. Only complained is the lamb was a little bit too salty and the food was not delivered on a timely manner. The person I went with got the food later while mine was already delivered. I personally wanted to ear once we all got served therefore the food got a little bit cold waiting. Otherwise, great place to checkout for authentic Ethiopian cuisine.

Delicious! My package arrived with red lentils spilled in the bottom of the bag- Uber Eats. I manages to salvage half of it. I'll pick it up myself next time. But besides that the food was delicious. It reminded me of my favorite DC (Adam's Morgan) Ethiopian restaurant that closed recently. I finally found my spot here in Atlanta!!!

My Google photos just did a flash back of food from this restaurant. And oh, how I miss your amazing food . Literally had to take a moment of silence, appreciation, and reflection. Before I Pinterest something that may very well pale in comparison. Envying everyone that still has the pleasure of ordering from your spot.

The worst place to order with Uber eat. When you order from inside and when you order from Uber eats is completely different. I wouldn’t suggest anybody to order Uber eat
