Dr Adrienne was so nice and helpful. I loved that she was able to actually give me the explanation, causes, background info and just the overall run of what was going on instead of just vaguely telling me what to do. A really great experience.

Dr. Bode is an incredible doctor. Unfortunately the staff has proven to be incompetent and frankly couldn’t care less about helping patients. Multiple times I’ve had to literally track them down to fill out simple documentation for prescriptions. What if I was in dire need of these at the time? They should know how dangerous it is for diabetics to not have all of their prescriptions on time.

So we have to do a biopsy, we have an appointment, impossible to know who will perform the biopsy, what to do, who to see. We just have a schedule. It is not engaging. I would like to know if any doctors or nurses of this institute would accept to let a family member come in and have any medical act like a biopsy performed, NOT EVEN HAVING THE CREDENTIALS NOR THE NAME OF THE PERSON who will perform the test. We have to go blindly and trust you, not even having the name of the doctor in charge of our case, not even meeting with him or her. We met with an assistant pratictioner, who was very pleasant, she prescribed medication. We were told someone would get a call back for a date for the biopsy. We got a date no other details !!!!!!! Again this is just ridiculous. it FEELS not reassuring at all, not professional, not caring for patient health, no compassionate approach.

Unbelievably careless. I've been under the care of this practice since 2003 when I had my thyroid removed for cancer. I see a physician 1x a year and that 1 year just passed, along with my Rx expiration. The practice has been denying my Rx renewal. I called and left a message stating that require thyroid medication and need to schedule an appointment. No call back! Again, denied my Rx -- for thyroid hormone of which my body produces zero - during a health care crisis. Unbelievable, really.
