I rescued a senior Yorkie mix from the Atlanta Humane Society on 1/6/21. My experience was fantastic. The staff members were kind and helpful. The shelter was pretty busy that day, so we did have to wait quite awhile to complete everything. That said, I was impressed with the facility, employers, and care given to the animals. Based on my experience, I would recommend checking out the Atlanta Humane Society if you are looking to add a pet to your household.
I adopted this loving bundle of joy; Bob from the Howell Mill campus a little over a month ago and he is such a pleasure to have in my home! The process was super easy, quick, and everyone was very friendly & informative. The staff were great as they knew the animals personalities and would provide paperwork upon request if you had any questions. Bob fits perfect into my home with my other kitty! \u003c3 THANK YOU HUMANE SOCIETY!!!
