I'ts difficult to encompass the nearly 1 year long Pure Tax experience that I had and filter it all down to 1 rating experience. So here's my take: Responsiveness: 5 stars. From the get-go my online inquiries were responded to quickly by Tim, the President, and phone calls were arranged to answer my questions. It was a daunting decision and in the end, Tim helped put me at ease. During the following 11 months, each time I emailed to check in, I received a quick response as well as answers to any questions. I ultimately ended up working and corresponding with Peter Mancini and Robert Babut. Both receive 5 stars for professionalism, doing a good job of keeping me updated, and I am grateful for the effort they put in to my case. The price initially seemed high, but I was well in over my head by several years, including multiple years working abroad - so I agreed, and paid the full amount upfront to get a bit of a discount. After witnessing the above mentioned effort, as well as the countless bank statements that the Pure Tax team had to wade through, I have no regrets and to date, feel the fee was warranted. Bottom Line: If you're researching tax resolution help and reading this review, then chances are you are in need of good representation. Tim, Pete, Bob, and the rest of the team provide a great service, and I can only assume that the negative reviews are either fake, or left by people unwilling to take responsibility for their side of the business engagement. I do hope that I will not be needing Pure Tax's services in my foreseeable future, but I would not hesitate to hire them again if I ever find myself in IRS trouble. -Ryan

Do not use. Run away from this company. Once hired, they would keep setting up conference calls and ask for more money. A total rip off!
