Have used this company for years. All the service people have been very pleasant to speak with and will answer questions. I work nights. They have been very accommodating to my request for a phone call the day before so I'm not startled awake by someone in the back yard. I highly recommend them.

Great business. The guy who came told me: a man never crosses the same river twice. For it is not the same river and he is not the same man. Pretty deep for termite management.
We have used Bug Out for many years. They have always done a good job. If we have a problem they promptly come out and remedy it.

As a client for over 4 years the recent poor customer service is disappointing. We have recurring pest services, termite and wildlife services which have pricey annual renewals. Due to the wildlife warranty and the fact that switching companies for termite services would incur the cost of all new set-up of stations, we are unfortunately stuck with BugOut. In all of the unsettling times we are facing right now, BugOut suspended service due to 4.00. Yes, 4 whole dollars, caused them to send out a notice in the mail to advise me that I would not have service until paid - Why do I owe them 4? Well, after 3 years they increased fees by 4.00, not that big of a deal, except I just didn't realize it so payment that was sent out to them, 4.00 short. 3,400 worth of payment history and a loyal client utilizing all of their services but yet they suspend service over less than 10. Shameful. Save yourself the trouble and do business with someone local that will appreciate your business!
