Food was okay. The calamari was a tad bit salty, Cesar salad was drenched in the dressing and both looked so sad. Steak was pretty good.. until we reached towards the end and it was pinkish. The salmon was also pretty good...except for the bottom,it was burnt. Mashed potatoes were the star of our dinner. (And sweet tea) Atmosphere was dreadful. The hosts were on their phones and when we asked for time to look over the menu it’s like that meant we weren’t going to see our waiter for 15min.

Just had dinner here. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Very pleased. Highly recommend! Although they said they were sort staffed, we never had to ask the server for anything because he was so on top of things. The steak and chops were seasoned perfectly. The pasta was so good

Edit-I changed my review to one star because the manager said to fill out the contact us form to come up with a solution but it’s been a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. Carrabbas is one of my favorite restaurants, when I was younger I even use to work there It’s also the first sit down place I’ve been to since the pandemic. To say I was disappointed Is an understatement. The employees and manager seemed under enthused. The prices seemed to have sky rocketed but the quality of food has definitely decreased. The shrimp scampi bread is way too thick and it was super bland. The calamari was also bland ( even the dipping sauces). The Alfredo was watery. I had to send my Mahi back because it was so dry and tough and we didn’t even get a manager apology. 120 worth of food and I left so unsatisfied. I really hope things improve

I ordered online for Valentine’s Day and picked up hours after my pickup time. Host walked me over to Togo and grabbed my food since it was already completed. There was a long line in the to go but I didn’t realize at first since I went in through the main entrance accidentally but luckily. I would have been deeply annoyed if I had to wait since my pickup time was hours earlier and I already paid. One guy said he was waiting for over 2 hrs in the Togo

They need better management and/ or better training. They’ve screwed up my to-go orders at least twice within a month’s time. There seems to be an overall lack of attention to detail. Please raise the standards here, get people who care about providing excellent customer service to include ensuring orders are correct! As it stands, this location does not represent the chain well.
