If i could give no stars i would .. Where do i begin , This company is so unprofessional and uneducated and i believe no one really has an idea of what is going on . The rules are made as they go and you dont get notified of when a new rule has changed until someone does something wrong . Dress code is supposed to be enforced but even the Floor manager comes underdressed. I have a lot more to say but im just going to warn anyone that applies here to stay away .

I currently work for CGS and with all honesty can claim the following: - excellent learning environment for those that WANT to improve on their current technical skills - the Recruiting and HR team is open, understanding and work with you to resolve not only your professional, but personal issues - the management team is focused on numbers...HELLO, that is their job! - the quality department and training staff are truly interested in the success of new hires once they are out of the classroom - like every job and every office, if you do your job and follow the rules then you will be rewarded. - everyone is treated equally - unless you're already a high level technician, you won't leave here without learning something and improving your troubleshooting skills

After working there for 2 years I realized I should move out a long time ago. Its a fast paced and stressful environment if you are working day shifts for a not very well worth salary. In the end is a good school for those that are starting in the information technology field but don't stay more than 6 months there because after that time there is nothing else to learn.

At first it was OK but the management is more obsessed with numbers rather than people or even solving IT problems. There's really nothing to gain by working for these guys except low pay and bad treatment. Also working here looks terrible on a resume to many recruiters in Atlanta and almost everyone there wants to leave. Stay away from this company if you have a choice.
