Such a friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Payne is amazing and takes the time to actually listen and understand what I’m looking for and how to help me every single time I’ve been to see him. Never rushed and his assistants are always friendly and warm. I would recommend Dr. Payne hands down.

Very hard to get a new patient appointment. Filled out form online and never heard back from anyone, so I called to make an appointment. The person taking my information took my name and was just starting to take my address information and then said she had to put me on hold to check someone out. I ended up hanging up after over 5 minutes on hold. I called back and was transferred to voicemail. Not a good first impression for a new patient. Will be going with a different provider.
