The good folks at Double the Donation have been wildly helpful in assisting us with securing matching gifts from our donors' employers. I am so excited that our online fundraising platform (Classy) now has a special integration with Double the Donation! I've wanted to use DTD for a couple of years now, but there were always a couple of unfortunate barriers in making the commitment. Now that Classy and DTD have made is EASY, we get to offer this to our donors and maximize donations! For onboarding, we got to work with Hannah. There are a few steps to get going live, but Hannah made is SO EASY, CLEAR, and it was NO BURDEN to get it going. I love concise communication and that's exactly what I received. Excited to see the donations come in :)

Checked in and encouraged me to complete activation on my schedule and answered any question I had...even more than once. We ran into a hurdle based upon how our organization handled gifts and rather than put the work back on us to change things, they thought about how they could help by doing something on their end that would work....first rate!
