I absolutely love Ei Management, Although I’m not apart of this agency & Represented By them, which I hope will change in due time. I’d absolutely love to speak about how much I enjoy Elbert’s model talks every weekday, I join every day, alarm set lol ! Elbert is a ball of energy and has one of the best personalities & and is one of the most personable people I’ve seen, and that’s awesome since he runs a modeling agency! Not to mention that he is an INCLUSIVE agency, meaning it’s pretty much excepting of all models, different sizes, shapes, ethnicities & everything of that sort! Absolutely love this agency! Remember: big agencies aren’t always the best and EI has taught me that and is now my dream agency. 10/10 recommend \u003c3 - Samira Jones

Ei Model Management is one of the most welcoming and inclusive agencies in the industry. I've personally spoken to a few of the models and they all agreed that the training and development process is informative. Apparently the owner is very nice but has alot of strict guidelines to prepare their models for placement and designers. I saw on their website that one of their models recently worked with Kim K brand Skims which is so great! Maybe I should give this agency a try.

This is NOT a good agency. Don’t fall for this. There are many other agencies that have been around much longer with better established industry connections to get you where a real model should be. This company has no real significant outside connections to advance you. They are in the process of building their business and simply signing models to grow their brand name is there primary concern. They are not the best choice or even remotely close to it. Avoid the nightmare and find a better company more deeply rooted. No offense to anyone at Ei. I just believe with a little research you could easily see this is not even close to the best option.

The agency model call was a cool experience. You get to participate in a fun fashion ice breaker hosted by a few of their current models. I watched a 5 minute introduction video on the agency and got to meet other signed models in Ei Model Management. The only thing I didn't like was the long line to audition but what can you expect from an inclusive agency. I didn't get offered a contract but I learned a lot about being a model. I can tell that this agency really cares about their models. I will try to audition again next time. My advice to anyone auditioning for this agency is to arrive to the model call early so you don't have to wait too long.

I sent an application on behalf of my daughter and want to know when is your next model call or if we can schedule an audition. She's under the normal height requirements for other agencies and I hear this place accepts petite models.
