I will cancel our upcoming appointments. I had no idea that they treat students this way. Why would they ALL say Elaine only has 20 chairs with well over 40 students in classrooms???? And Why is Elaine rude to the students and staff??? I will find another spa.....she’s not getting another penny out of my pockets...... undeserving heifer..... I should have paid attention to the reviews a long time ago. You lost us.

ESI IS FRAUD! I attended the night school and it was a DISASTER AND DISAPPOINTMENT! They do not care about the night students. Day students are more prioritized and they have a structure-like system. Night classes are completely different. I’ve been through at least 3 teachers....who ALL taught us DIFFERENT information so we did not know who was right nor who was wrong. There aren’t getting enough demos. We can’t be too hands on because compared to the 300 day students, we are lucky to have 20 night students show up! They teach us things that are different from what’s in the book, then when it’s time to take tests, we are told to throw out what we have been taught and take the test on how the book says which is utterly confusing especially when we are in the real world! Elaine is money hungry and very rude. The school has been closing every other week from COVID but she decided to open up a whole new program (cosmetology) in the middle of a pandemic and does not care for the well being of other students. Why add hundreds of more students on campus when night students can’t even get proper education and be hands on when WE ARNT EVEN ALLOWED ON CAMPUS? WE CANT EVEN GRADUATE ON TIME AND NEW STUDENTS GET PRIORITY WHEN WE ARE LITERALLY SCREAMING FOR PROPER EDUCATION! One teacher quit and we found out that she has been teaching us WRONG information, but now she’s coming back? The other teacher told us to our face ESI IS NOT HER PRIORITY and she’s not THE FIRST teacher to say that. And the Cosmetology teacher QUIT ON THE FIRST DAY! If the educators have no structure ...what makes u think that the school and it’s curriculum does!? Oh, and let’s not forget about how ESI deletes all of the BAD REVIEWS on Google to save face....ELAINE STERLING INSTITUTE IS NOT THE SCHOOL YOU’D WANT TO GO TO FOR THE ESTHETICS PROGRAM! V E R Y GHETTO AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!

I truly enjoyed and was pleased with my whole visit! I’m so glad Dedra referred me to this institute. It’s beautiful and clean and definitely gives you that Spa feeling. Samantha Fernandez did my facial and was very gentle and knowledgeable about my skin and the recommendations needed to get the results I wanted. She was very professional and in just one visit had my face GLOWING!! Atlanta is in for a treat with graduates of this institute.

This is my happy place! I’ve been going to the spa for over 8 years. I found it on a groupon and haven’t left since. I had adult acne, breakouts, my face was a mess. Now, I don’t have to even wear makeup (I’m 43), my skin is fantastic! I get so many compliments on it, I look 10 years younger. I’ve gone to big spas and was diss appointed for the money you spent, the school can’t be beat. And love the new location!

Take this as a sign and go somewhere else! The environment of this school is SO unprofessional and unorganized. Students fight with each other and teachers daily, there's 0 control over the class, important documents/credits were always \lost\ or incorrect, we did not get all of our student kits/tools, plus I was EXTREMELY unprepared for the written exam. I would never hire those I went to school with or recommend this school. The owner acts as she cares but we are just her income. Even on my graduation day she walked right past me (in my cap and gown) and did not say a word to me. Im shocked to hear they added a hair department because the Esthetics side is such a mess. Save your 16k and invest in a quality education which is not here.
