this location failed to communicate with us that the truck we were renting was not available due to maintenance , nobody reached out before hand that the light in the truck all of a sudden came on they kept pushing pick up time back. only to find out they didn't even have any box trucks one agent told us one price another told us a totally separate price nobody is on the same page their communication sucks.

This location is spectacular. Don't bother calling the 1-800 number just call this location. If the rest of Enterprise mimicked and matched this location's customer service they would have a customer for life.unfortunately the customer service overall for Enterprise is a two-star at best.
