The best help in selecting frames I've ever received. I'm new to glasses and I really needed style advice and feedback. Ethan helped me with basic rules of thumb for frame shape and sizing, as well as helping me try on SO MANY PAIRS and gladly continuing to give options. I am absolutely content with the ones we chose and will be going back for all my Eyewear needs.

Awesome experience. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The nose pads on my glasses had fallen off and since I work in the neighborhood I decided to walk over there on my break to see if they had any replacements I could buy. Even though I didn’t get my glasses there and wasn’t a patient, they replaced them for me for free and had me on my way in less than fifteen minutes. Definitely will be returning in the future.
Very happy with everything. Dr. White took her time & answered all my questions, thorough exam. Great selection of frames. Clove was very helpful, looked for all of my insurance breaks, and even offered to have my new lenses put into temporary frames while my special order frames were on order. GREAT EYE CARE.
Utterly disappointing. I intentionally picked a privately owned, local, and established eye doctor. I've had better care from LensCrafters. I made two wasted trips this week. On Tuesday, I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment only to be told it was cancelled due to equipment failure. They didn't call me to tell me because they entered my phone number into their system wrong. Today, I was 12 minutes late and called on the way (at the 8 minute mark) to say I was running behind. Just as I was arriving, Dr. White's staff called me to tell me they would have to reschedule my appointment. I parked, went in, and was immediately told the same thing. I understand that I was late and the importance of a timely arrival. However, no one cared enough to ask me if there was a reason I was delayed, to recognize that I had already been forced to reschedule once, or to consider trying to let another client take my spot while working me in to their slot.
They are the best. I started at Eye Etc over ten years ago and even though I moved out of state I still use them. Yes, I will travel hundreds of miles for my appointment. They are that good.
