Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. Harold for years. He is always very professional and a wealth of information. He makes sure that your eyes are being kept in their best condition. Kat is wonderful too. She is so friendly and truly helps make the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Dr. Herold and Kat are fantastic. the exam experience is easy and they're always so attentive. it's wonderful to have an eyecare option right in our neighborhood.
The woman up front is super kind and friendly. The optometrist on staff was kind as well, took his time and explained every step of the exam to me thoroughly. His calm demeanor put me at ease. They also have such a unique selection of frames that I can’t find anywhere else nor online.
Absolutely wonderful! Kat and Dr. Herold are accommodating, informative, and thoughtful about your entire eye care experience. They are taking the utmost precautions with COVID and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Herold is patient and intentionally creates an environment for patients to feel comfortable asking questions to make sure they are making informed, long-term decisions.
