The website shows that the downtown office is open and unfortunately they aren't. I parked and had to pay 6 just to find out that they are closed. I'm writing this review while in a line at the College Park location with over 50 people in a line outside. Brace yourself for a 2.5 hour wait.

The guy who helped me was not diligent in his service. He failed to listen when I asked questions to clarify my tag renewal. As a result, I received a tag replacement for a prestige tag WITHOUT the sticker for the new year. Since there is a special fee for a prestige tag, the Tag Office is saying I am responsible for paying the annual fee twice because of THEIR error. All I needed was a prestige tag and a sticker for 2021, but in haste on the service provider it's now my responsibility...to REPAY the annual fee for the prestige tag along with the tag renewal if I hope to keep the prestige tag. I am very disappointed that I have to stop your teller to even accurately listen/answer my questions (STILL not get what I need) and be charged more money! Moral of the story, be sure you know exactly what the fees are for all of your needs and add it up FOR THEM at the office, because they also failed to provide an itemized receipt!

No complaints. Came in late on a Friday early evening. Braced for impact as I knew everyone wanted to call it quits and head home for the weekend. I didn't even want to be there... Still... Great service as they helped me with my complicated tag situation in a very efficient manner.

I had a very pleasant experience getting a licence tag replaced which had been lost in the mail. A very helpful employee Ms Flores called me and I met her downtown at the office on Pryor Street. Rather than having to wait in the line, she came out and gave me the new tag. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service that I received.
