I called the Georgia State Patrol because I was wondering if it is legal to hold possession of a police challenge coin. Got straight to the point. All and all call lasted about 5 seconds.

Car #528 was running over 90 mph in a 55 mph construction zone with no lights on. This was on I20 west between the villa rica and temple exit. I find it highly unethical and unprofessional that someone tasked with enforcing and upholding the law themselves can’t follow the law. It bothers me that they feel they can put lives at danger and not feel that they should follow the laws. Is this what is allowed by our law enforcement leaders to go on in their departments.
We called in with a flat tire and he offered to help us with it even when we were on the phone with AAA. AAA help was awful making us wait hours and he came back and changed our tire despite already offering. Great guy and hopefully more people in roadside assistance are as nice as him.
I frantically called checking on Ronald Ford who was on I-75 south bound in a silver 2012 Lexus 250 with Washington State license plate. He apparently hit a tree outside Atlanta & had no way to contact me. When I called your number I was told this was the central office whose computer server was down for the last 2 1/2 months. I gave1 star because after being defensive to my being upset over this unknown accident, the gentleman gave me 4 phone numbers of posts that would have the information. Good luck to anyone reading this for service.
I vote Zero stars !! Can’t get anyone to answer phones or confirm accident report has been finalized. Accident 12/12/18. Spoke with two woman last week (one on 12/13 called herself a secretary and the other 12/12 assuming was an operator) and received conflicting information. I was simply requesting officer who submitted accident report to call me back as soon as possible with the other parties info (she had it written down in notebook) and advised it’s time sensitive. Secretary said that wasn’t possible and GSP doesn’t give that info freely unless requested (this was not the case when I called day before). I asked to speak with the officers supervisor the secretary then switched her story and to avoid me speaking with officers supervisor said well I’ll send email for officer to call you back. But she told me the officer wasn’t in the field that day. It’s 7 days later the officer E.Beaulieu never did contact me. Drove an hour up here just to be told it’s not available there’s a longer process than what they have printed on crash report. I just received paper work on 12/26/18. And guess what all that time they took saying it was to verify and make sure information on crash report is correct and the information is WRONG !! \u200d️ Very inconsiderate. This department has Horrible service and I would never want to do anything involving this department again. I’ll ask for regular officer next time. Something simple seems to be extremely difficult for this department .
