#Irresponsible trading company# 1. We purchased Virgin Kraft Linerboard by 500/MT around 49 tons on August and did full payment before Bill of landing Draft from our sincerity on the business. 2. We didn't receive Bill of landing until the last day when the cargo arrived at the port. That's ridiculous for any business in the world and you promised that we can receive the bill of landing after 3-5 business day when we finish the whole payment. Unfortunately, you broke your promise. 3. We gave 500/MT for the cargo but we found that the samples you had sent to us are different from the cargo we actually received. The materials are coarse and severe unstable grammage for most of reels. 4. We sent back samples from the reels for compensation but didn't receive any effective feedbacks and solutions instead of excuses and silence. If you are not responsible for the business, there will be no trust and cooperation.
