I attended the trans and queer yoga class. It was amazing!!! I'm brand new to yoga and it can be intimidating starting something new but the teacher made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be thing back it was a wonderful experience great physical activity but a wonderfully meditative experience as well. I feel good!
Such a sweet studio with multiple rooms. There was a dog just hanging out laying on the floor and that made it feel like a home. They are super helpful. My teacher Letal was excellent! I can’t wait to come back

I had a wonderful experience last Fall with Agni Ma. She recommended Egoscue for some leg and neck issues. After just a few sessions, I was moving better. She was patient with me and was alway adjusting things for me as I develop some other issues. I highly recommend a session with Agni Ma! ️
