The BEST doctor I’ve ever seen. Yes, you will wait a while, but she cares about everyone on a personal level!

Like several other reviewers on here, I had never written a review of a doctor before. In 2016 I needed to see a new rheumatologist and waited 3 months for my new patient appointment. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I waited more than two hours to be called from the waiting room. I was already irritated. I waited at least 30 minutes again in a private room before I saw the doctor, and while I was back there, it was a lot of time. In total I think I was at the office nearly four hours. Dr. Kimberley Wilson was thorough and compassionate, but we did a lot of testing even though I was on steroids at the time for a recent allergic reaction. Not wanting to cancel the appointment I waited three months for, I still went. The testing seemed superfluous and unnecessary. Why not wait? I decided that because I liked the doctor so much I would try again. At the follow up appointment I arrived early and waited over two hours in the front waiting room. I had an important appointment that was 4 hours after my scheduled appointment with the Dr. and I could not miss it. So I asked the front desk staff for my test results and said I would be leaving, and that it was ridiculous to still not be called back more than two hours after an appointment time. They actually asked me if I would like to make an appointment for the morning. Nope. It's now three years later, I'm still irritated by this, and I can see from these more recent reviews that this practice continues to prey on desperate, sick patients who just want help. If you think waiting three to four hours, without apology, to see a doctor is reasonable, then by all means, make an appointment.

I love Dr. Kimberley! She and her staff are so kind and caring. They really take the time to understand their patients' needs, thoroughly assess medical conditions and symptoms, and provide appropriate treatment. I have found the entire office to be knowledgeable, kind and caring. My one complaint is that, because they are so thorough, that appointments will be long. That said, I find the quality of care to be more than worth the time spent.

I will wait as long as it takes to see her, because I know that she will stay with me for as much time as I need!

Dr. Kimberly Wilson is absolutely amazing. I have been a patient for nearly a decade. Yes you have to wait but it is worth the wait. Patients come first and if that means some patients that are worse take longer it is fine with me. You will not find more compansionate doctors anywhere! There should not be any negative reviews on this practice. They are not assembly line doctors...they are true to their calling!
