A large selection of luggage with competitive pricing. It is nice to see such a wide range of options and be able to compare them in-person. My experience was made much more enjoyable by knowledgeable staff who provided very helpful insight and a low pressure atmosphere. Their website is also a very nice resource and has some items that I did not see in the store. Some brands didn't appear to be in the store at all, which is why I would rate my experience 4/5 instead of 5/5. I would recommend this business if you are looking for luggage or leather goods.

Very nice selection of luggage, small bags, and other travel accessories. They have an actual airplane seat *in* the store so you can try out travel pillows and blankets! The staff (owners?) are extremely helpful, and answered every question we had. We've shopped here 3 times, and have always had a great experience.
These people are amazing! I have purchased several Victorinox suitcases from them over the years, and found them to be knowledgeable, customer oriented, and with a vast array of choices. Never did I feel pressured to buy anything. But the real test came when one of the bags lost a wheel and I sent it to them for repair. No receipt. Nothing. They quickly replaced the wheel, cleaned up the bag, and returned it with no fees, not even the shipping! I love this store! Wouldn't buy luggage anywhere else.
Diamond in the rough. Was looking for a suitcase, but wanted to see it in person, so tried this place out. Though its appearance from the outside may seem sketchy, inside is an amazing display of suitcases, briefcases, backpacks, and tons of travel accessories. The employees are extremely helpful, and know all the ins and outs of each luggage piece. Not only all that, but their prices are fantastic, even cheaper than Amazon or any other store I compared it to.
This is my favorite luggage store! As a frequent business traveler I have purchased from here and used their repair service many times. I was dismayed to read such a negative review as everyone here has always been extremely courteous and helpful. While they have been able to do most of my repair requests there were some they couldn't do. Overall, they are a great place to go.
I always like to give credit where credit is due. If anyone is looking for a nice gift for someone, check out Leather and Luggage Depot (Atlanta Luggage). I ordered a really quality leather shave bag for my boyfriend's birthday for a really low price. I searched all over the internet for a leather shave kit I could monogram and finally found exactly what I was looking for there (in fact, there were several options). There was an issue with the monogram and they immediately shipped me a brand new one at no cost. Anyway, they have a huge selection of items and the prices are so cheap, but the customer service is what will make me order from them again (And I will order from them again.)
BUYER BEWARE Salesman Deceit As a flight attendant I am always in need of either luggage repair or luggage replacement. I was directed here by Travelpro customer service. The Salesman was attentive and highly recommended a Briggs&Riley (extremely expensive) roller bag. I purchased the 369.00 suitcase. After using the bag for 3 days I realized it was heavy and did not hold my standard travel items. Ordinarily I went to return the bag finding it to be impractical for my frequent usage. SHOCKING TO REPORT NO RETURNS ALLOWED. I find NOW that in an act to make the sale, the Salesman conveniently failed to mention a NO RETURN policy on used items. How are you supposed to confirm the validity of luggage without usage. The bag is in NEW condition as I used it for only 3 days and never did it need to be checked. I share this experience in frustration of having been sold something that now only benefits this retailer's bottom line.
Purchased luggage for my wife for X-mas. The rep was great...he asked questions, listened to my needs and made the correct recommendation. The price was extremely fair and they were easy to deal with. I will always recommend them when someone needs luggage of any kind!
