I brought my phone in to have the screen fixed because it was unresponsive and I couldn't unlock it. Charles worked to fix the screen and was able to fix the phone. I thought I would have to replace the entire phone according to other companies and they saved me from spending a lot of money!! Thank you.

Chris was awesome! He fixed my screen within an hour and for a good price. We also ordered a camera part which he installed in about 10 mins

I took my 2019 MacBook Air to this location because the reviews were so good. A young African American girl helped me. I needed my entire screen replaced; which she said would be 499 plus tax, and that the part would take 7-10 days to arrive. They called on Friday, 8/14 to let me know it was ready, but I stated that I was out of town and would have to pick it up on Monday. I went in on Monday, 8/17 to retrieve it; the screen had a thin plastic cover over it, but looked good when turned on. I didn't actually use the computer until a couple days later, (Wednesday) as I had been busy working. That's when I discovered the cover I had on the lid of my computer had been damaged; cracked in both the bottom corners. My next horror was when I went to YouTube to watch a few videos, and suddenly all this static started coming from my speakers. Stopped and restarted the videos to see if that would help, but no luck. I watched videos on other websites, still, static. Neither of these things were an issue AT ALL when I dropped it off. I don't even plan to take it back and hold them responsible, because I don't want them to try and say that it could have happened after I picked it up and is therefore my responsibility. So I'll need to come up with MORE money to have my speakers repaired by someone who won't damage my computer, and then hand it back to me like nothing happened...as for the cover, I'll to buy a new one. Bunch of college age kids apparently working in these places that have no idea what they're doing, and definitely aren't tech experts.

Had some issues with my drone repair. Lifelines corporate office called me and made it good. Good company who cares about their customers. Would use again.

The truth 100%

Had my iPhone 8 screen repaired... I had to go back in because no one could hear me unless I had the speakerphone on ...took my phone back... Went in to pick up my i phone the issue was somewhat resolved... people could hear me a little better now... then I noticed a tiny crack the length of my phone... “it was days later”... called back to the store ASAP to be told the best they could do is give 20-25 dollars off of another 160 screen repair...this is my First review ever I had to... they suggested maybe it was pressure from my pockets since i didn’t drop it... I don’t think these screens are made of good quality
