I was having trouble with visa processing online due to issues with appt booking and traveled to Atlanta strictly for an appt to expedite. Unfortunately the Consulate and third party processing company would not assist. The reps at Nigerian Passport Service happened to be present working with other clients and heard my situation. They helped me expedite everything without the need for another trip and even coordinated to ensure ppwk was in place in time for flight . Always responsive on status and reliable on updates of status. I appreciate all of the work they did and will refer if anyone I know needs assistance as they made the process easy and seamless. I am a very fair person and I do not believe in ripping people off. I have used this business and will never use it again. I was given wrong information against what I knew to be true with a Nigerian visa and the type of passport I am using. I made a money order out to the Nigerian Passport Service for 453 I received a one entry visa which was worth 291. I had previously explained to this company that I know the Nigerian Embassy will only do a one entry in the passport I had. They said no they will do multiple.; upon arrival of the passport there was only one entry. I had to call back to find out why, upon calling they said they do not know why. They are suppose to be a travel agency that knows the laws. Even though I already told them it was not possible. I asked them for a refund and they said they will not refund the money. The problem I truly have with these people is the deception and lies.... as a service industry you look out for your customer. I will never use you again and I will never refer anyone to them.
