I had a great experience here! I was admitted for depression and suicide attempt and they treated me very well. I made a lot of new friends who are definitely a blessing in my life! If I would of never came here I wouldn’t have gotten better and I wouldn’t have the friends I have now. Thank u Peachford for Saving my life ️

I was there from late November until early December for Alcohol detox. No one was rude to me at any time. The staff was nothing but professional and kind. Detox does require much care but these people are awesome. Food is pretty good too. My 5 days was a very good experience.

Look. My name is Daniel Ledford. I have been to this hospital a few times. I've been to a few more, I will not go in to details, but I will say If you think this hospital is bad you've lost your mind. This is by far the best hospital I've ever been to. I came here to do ECT. They have been nothing but god to me every time...

A minor close to me, came here for treatment of depression. The child had a good experience there and helped them. However, the doctor/staff have poor communication with parents. During the child 5 day stay, the doctor/staff only reached out once to ask for parent's consent regarding medication. The parents were super worried and concerned for their child. The parents called multiple times and left voice mails regarding updates on the child, but never received any. It only made it a little better that the child was allowed to call every afternoon for 15 minutes only. Upon the child's discharge date, the child was told their discharge date and then the child told the parents. That is the only reason the parents knew when the discharge date was, but had no idea on the time. The staff called the parent 30 minutes before the child was discharge to come pick them up and thankfully the parents were only 15 minutes away from the center. Poor poor communication skills with family members of patients. It takes 5 minutes to give a quick call or quick email regarding the child. There are parents worried sick for their kids and really makes parents think that the service they got as parents, is the service they are giving their patients. Thankfully, the minor had an okay experience and that is why I am giving it 3 stars.

The treatments do help...however this place definitely violates your rights! MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A PATIENT! Doctors lie to keep you admitted longer so they can milk you out of as much as your insurance money as they can!
