My salesman, Ben Gordon, makes time to visit whenever I need him to. In between his visits, Carolyn, Teresa, and Cecile take very good care of me. They keep me up to date on my inventory levels, accommodate delivery based on our needs, and advocate for us to manufacturers when necessary. The guys that deliver products to us are always kind and considerate. I just cannot say enough good things about my experiences with my Piedmont team.

Teresa Pettross has been the most helpful person for my packaging needs. When I have ordered films and needed them sooner, Teresa has always found a way to get it delivered. Our Piedmont representatives, Donna and Nathan, have been extremely helpful partners with ensuring we have the necessary commodities available to continue our business. Within any area of focus where we've incurred challenges, Donna and Nathan have been swift and affective with communicating outwardly to ensure our supply request is met and received promptly. Donna continues to offer support with my request and a her retained knowledge of my historical ordering patterns have been instrumental with maintain my supply inventory levels. Nathan continues to be hands-on, while routinely visiting the site to offer on-site support of ordering volumes and ensuring orders have been delivered. Together they have been excellent partners with us and have been extremely instrumental with our Piedmont partnership.

We have been a customer of Piedmont National for over 10 years. They have been able to cover everything we need from standard stock purchases like tape and stretch film, to complex heat-tunnel systems. Nathan is a creative problem solver who uses a variety of suppliers and contacts to meet our every wish/demand. Donna is an administrative dynamo who makes things happen, from quickly completing emergency orders to setting up recurring orders to eliminate any inventory gaps. Donna always follows up to make sure we have everything we need. We are happy to have such wonderful partners as Nathan, Donna, and Piedmont National.
