We love Doctor Roe! He has been a great resource for so many of our parenting questions The staff are helpful, the nursing staff are amazing, even when they're giving shots to our children! We have been coming here for five years, and now we bring our second child as well. They take insurance, the appointment hours are wide-ranging and convenient

Saw Dr. Weil today to check our newborn's bilirubin levels. He was very thorough during the visit and gave me a call back before EOD with updates on the test levels. Definitely been a positive experience so far.
If you have a child with special needs, do not waste your time with Dr. Anna Bramwell. I can't speak about the other doctors in the practice but my experience with Anna Bramwell was absolutely awful. My son has an autism diagnosis and the approach to his medical care takes a doctor who is willing to listen, observe, and have patience. From the first time we saw Anna Bramwell she was cold and dismissive and visibly could not wait to get out of the exam room. She had zero respect for me as a mother and she made that very clear, when she told me \I was barking up the wrong tree\ in regards to wanting a comprehensive stool panel for my son to check his gut health and a food sensitivity test. She silenced me and did not respect the course of medical care I wanted to take for my son. She did not respect my knowledge and had no interest in working together to help my son live his healthiest and happiest life. The last interaction I had with Anna Bramwell was over the telephone and she was constantly interrupting me and speaking over me, she also told me that \doing these tests will not help your son because the issue is in his brain.\ Needless to say, I requested my sons records that very same day. To insinuate that there is a problem with my sons brain was infuriating. Yes, my sons brain does work differently from a neurotypical child, but making sure his body is healthy and his gut health is balanced greatly affects how his brain functions, which in return helps with managing behaviors and emotional regulation. There is plenty of research behind that. So, if you are a parent of a special needs child, don't bother with Anna Bramwell because she is not interested in helping families with special kids on their journey to living their best life. The one star is for the administrative and front desk staff, they were always friendly and quick to respond to emails or calls.
We are feeling so lucky tonight. Dr. Elliott is such a GOOD doctor. The kind of doctor every parent wants. We have two kids, a 3 and 1 year old, so we’ve been seeing him for 3 years now. There has not been a single visit that I have left unhappy about our doctor or the practice. Do you know how many times you will go to the doctor with babies and kids? A LOT! Never. Once. Disappointed. It is so important to love your doctor. Tonight, my 1 year old dislocated her elbow at 7:45. We were scared and frantic, no idea what’s wrong or what to do. I called the office, and Dr. Elliott met me outside of the hospital within minutes to relocate it. He could have easily sent me to the ER, or had me wait until the next morning. I know that’s probably what he was supposed to do, but he MET ME. A scared mom of a baby who is in so much pain. Popped her little arm back in place and said, not a problem! He did not have to do that. That is a GOOD doctor. Every doctor needs to be like that. Yes
Dr. Roe has been excellent. We appreciate that he is straightforward. If there’s something you need to do or not do, he will tell you. If everything was great, and we as first time parents were fretting about something trivial, he would tell us not to worry about it. He is protective of the child and responsive to questions but doesn’t provoke anxiety. His approach might not be for everyone, but it really helped put us at ease. Yes, wait times could certainly be improved.
