The lady who called me sounded so stressed and talked over me. I really doubt that she would be able to help me. I asked about our insurance policy and if she took my type and if so how much is it? She insisted I call my provider. Which makes no sense as some places charge more than the 25 indicated on my card. With the phone demeanor and tone, unhelpful guidance in the process. I definitely can't see myself throwing money away

I paid a bunch of money to have my kids evaluated for ADHD. 3 days later the pandemic shut down happened and now we’re just waiting. We’re waiting because PFPA refuses to see patients in person, but this testing only happens in person. In the meantime, I’d like my money back since the tests aren’t happening so that I can use it for another office to test. PFPA won’t return my many many phone calls nor emails, even when I leave messages for individual doctors. At this point, they’ve had my money for 8 months, but won’t test my children. They need to give me my money back. My kids can’t get their IEPs in place without testing, so I would personally consider this neglect by PFPA. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I cannot stress how thankful I am for Powers Ferry Psychological Associates! I have been receiving therapy here for a little over a year. I came here during a particularly rough time in my life, but Dr. Amy Greenberg has truly been a lifesaver for me. She is responsive, motivating, and consistently works with me to improve myself. I have had several emergencies arise, and she is always willing to find time in her schedule to meet with me for a session. Not only is she knowledgeable in her field, but you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for her and this incredible practice!

Dr. Amy Greenberg at Powers Ferry Psychological Associates helped me during a dark time following a divorce. She helped me to overcome anger, solve problems, and create my new life. I was overwhelmed and really struggling. She taught me not to live in the past and focus on building up my future. Dr. Greenberg helped me to let go of so much anger from my former marriage. Dr Amy really listened to me and she is one of the most compassionate people I have met. I’m not sad anymore, and my life is great. If you are struggling, call Dr. Amy Greenberg.

While I can't speak to everyone associated with Powers Ferry Psychological Associates, my experience with Amy Greenberg was wonderful. She was receptive to my preferences as it applies to psychological care and problem-solving: I like having targets in mind and deliberately working toward them, which she respected and supported. I've done the whole therapist tango a few times and jived with Amy quite a bit. She's very compassionate and organized. The only reason I no longer see her is because I'm moving. For what it's worth, the receptionists here are dope, too; they're super laid back. The main lobby has a Keurig with an assortment of coffee and tea pods at your disposal. There's also fresh water and a slew of reading material. Within the broader complex are UPS and FedEx drop boxes, which is convenient if you need to ship an Amazon return. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this facility to anyone in south Marietta.
