I visited this spot on 5/28/2019 around 5:00. No one was in the front, so I just figured they were taking care of something in the back and that they would emerge sooner than later. After waiting a considerable amount of time, I called the store number and here comes this slovenly sloppy man arriving from the back. He looked horrible! I think he may have been sleep. He also needed a haircut, needed to shave, and wash his face. Do better or shut the place down!!!

Ladies who work there are RUDE, Pretzels in case are always hard & unappetizing yet they wonder why you ask if they can make you a fresh one?! I'm not paying 4 for crap! Did purchase one time-Asked for ketchup and she hands me two stuck-together-brown-colored nasty packets! Never going there again.

I agree with the other reviewer. Rude workers and hard pretzels. Also only one option for dipping sauce.
