in my nearly 45 years as a professional woodworker i have never paid for wood materials that i have not seen. this company will not let you look at their merchandise. they expect you to pay first and then they will bring out whatever they pick. when i made clear that i was not willing to do that, the woman behind the counter became rude. this is a place for people who do not care about what they make and what they make it from.i will not return.

The customer service rep TODD at the ATL branch at 330 patton Drive is very very very RUDE he needs to be fired ASAP. He is not for the company he's very impatient and ignorant. It's called customer service for a reason without customers the business goes under. So if you talk to this clown prepare yourself for stupidity. I will never in my life ever call this place again. If I could I would have given 0 star's.
