Great experience! My goldendoodle looks so cute! They paid attention and got no water in his ear like other groomers. They also made really great recommendations for future cuts!

After a traumatic experience with another groomer I was unsure if The Pet Set would be able to handle my feisty Shih Tzu puppy. I came to pick him up and he was calm and happy. He looked and smelled amazing. His hair was kept long like I requested. They took such great care of him. I will make the drive from my side of the city to them every time. Ashley was our groomer and he just loves her! He’s still a puppy so I haven’t cut his hair low yet. I appreciate them cleaning him up in the meantime!

I love this place! We moved out out of the neighborhood over a year ago but I still come and buy my dog food here. Ashley is incredible and always goes above and beyond to make sure my pups are taken care of. I really appreciate the great customer service.
I booked for the first time at a discounted rate first time customer rate listed on their website. I selected the location that and listed three dates/times that worked for me. I revived a text message the following morning confirming my second date option. When I arrived I had to wait longer than usual for the groomer to take him to the back. I was then told that it would take approximately 3 hours for his cut to be complete and I would receive a text. The problem came when it was time to pick him up. As I was checking out the cashier was not aware of the first time customer discounted rate, when she asked someone else they said it was not available. Despite the fact that it was listed on the website, I paid the full price as I was in a rush. I then had to wait a very long time for him to be brought down stairs. When I saw him he looked TERRIBLE. I asked for a teddy bear cut however instead his hair was shaved almost completely off and his face was trimmed terribly. The red stains around his eyes that are common for Maltese and other white dogs was not even removed. I mentioned that the cut wasn’t up to par, made a mental note that I would not come again and left. Outside of the store another customer mentioned that she too booked the discounted rate for first time customers as well yet was charged full price. I then received a call from who I believe to be the owner the next day trying to argue with me about my bad experience. She told me that a teddy bear cut is not a real cut, that she trains the groomers that I usually go to yet dismissed my comment about the first time customer rate. I ended up having to hang up on her. Please don’t go here, their service is terrible all around the board.
