These apartments are the worse! They are breaking into cars and apartments. The neighbors are loud, blasting music. The gate is ALWAYS broken. The trash overflows for days before they actually pick it up. Kids just running around outside no supervision. Maintenance is trash. It’s takes them weeks to complete one work order.

I have had a great experience working with this property during my move in process. They were always nice and friendly and made sure I got everything I needed. Even when I got stressed about the millions of documents they required they were still helpful and patient. Hopefully my stay here will be just as enjoyable. ***Follow up**** (1 week later) Unfortunately I did not move here due to safety reasons. On the day I was suppose to move in, there was a notice on the door about the recent break ins around the property. Which didn’t really alarm me because crime happens everywhere so I thought it was just a safety precaution. However the fact that I hadn’t even moved in and someone had already attempted to break in the apt that I had been assigned sent me running for the hills. Also I was never advised that the only way I can gain entry is thru a gate that only has key card access and no call box. Which means EVERY time I have company I would have leave my home and go up to the gate for them to tail gate behind me (this should have really been advised up front). I still won’t take away the professionalism that I experienced working with Ms. Nakia she was great.
Every since Alexei has been here she has always been a helpful person on this property. Especially when it comes to the kids and she make sure we have great programs for the community. We all just love her and all she does. She's a blessing to us.
They looks nice and quiet from a distance. The grounds are kept up. No loitering
Alexci is EXCELLENT with ensuring residents are aware of everything that is taking place within the community. She personally reaches out to the residents and sometimes even come directly to their residence to ensure information has been received and that we are aware. I really appreciate her efforts, especially with everything going on during this pandemic. She has went over and beyond her responsibilities; she works hard! My family and I are grateful to have someone with the kind spirit she has, it's refreshing and reassuring to know someone cares about our wellbeing. If I could give her 10,000 stars I would. Thanks a bunch for your support!
