The online look book feature they send you before your appointment was such a great idea. However, what you see is truly ALL of their inventory which was very limited. I didn't get any help stepping into dresses, she was too busy hanging up other dresses. I had to change in a tiny closet and there were so many rules that it was hard to enjoy the moment. No pictures. No one could look at dresses but me/consultant. If you see a dress that's carried here, that you can't live without, I'm sure they are great to work with. I just didn't have the greatest experience.

I could not have been happier with my experience at The White Magnolia! After many months of looking through pictures online (including The White Magnolia's beautiful instagram feed) I was so excited to finally try on dresses in person and The White Magnolia did not disappoint! All of the communication leading up to the appointment was clear and all of my questions were quickly answered over email, especially with all of the COVID precautions and restrictions. My group was 1 larger than what was currently allowed in-store and the managers and sales associates accommodated us by staying open later and we had the whole shop to ourselves! It was so important to me to get to have my two sisters, mom and grandmother there with me and the whole experience was magical. All of the individual touches made me feel so special. I was able to shop through the gowns (with provided gloves) at a relaxed pace to find the initial gowns to try on. My consultant Courtney was so knowledgeable, was able to pin down my style instantly (she pulled the gown I ended up purchasing almost immediately) but still allowed and encouraged me to try on different styles and accommodated my mom's requests too! They have a beautiful selection of gowns. I never felt rushed or pressured and finding my dream gown brought instant tears despite my usually stoic and practical nature. She kept me within budget, and she and the manager Kelly helped me picture custom additions and alterations options - tricky when the sample gowns are several sizes larger than your true size. I would recommend The White Magnolia to any bride!!

My experience at The White Magnolia was phenomenal. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door with their personalized signs with your name to popping champagne once you find the dress! Bree was great during my appointment. She was friendly, helpful and made the experience fun. She listened to exactly what kind of styles I was looking for and suggested a few she thought would look great too! We found the perfect dress. I would highly recommend TWM to say \yes to the dress!

My experience at The White Magnolia was over and beyond! From the very start the team was incredible. Leading up to my appointment they were quick to respond to my emails and provided detailed information. My appointment was an incredible experience all the way from arrival, to picking my dress, to check-out. Everything went super smoothly and I felt incredibly supported throughout the process. My stylist provided guidance and suggestions when I requested it, but never imposed her own thoughts or opinions. Overall, I could not recommend The White Magnolia enough!

I went to 4 bridal stores around Atlanta and The White Magnolia provided the best experience hands down! When you reserve an appointment here, you feel like you reserved the whole store and everyone is there just for you. They even personalized a sign with my soon-to-be last name on it as a welcoming touch! The consultant that I got paired with was so thoughtful and excellent at helping me find the perfect dress! Shopping for a wedding dress should be a personal experience and this store nailed every aspect of it. Would highly recommend!!
