excellent customer service. i had left some item on the counter and i came a week after and they had it saved for me. the manager Shirleen was super helpful and the cashier Yvonne was a quick to find it. i would come back there anytime

I love this location! They seem to always have a better selection in their inventory every time I come. The store is always so clean and organized. The staff have great customer service and always willing to help. Due to COVID the dressing room is closed temporarily and you can’t try on anything in the aisles. I saw someone get called out about that. You can still return your items if they don’t work out. Their beauty area selection is pretty big and has a lot of this that you can find in popular beauty stores. I love their home selection is so many cute and unique things you can find for a reasonable price. Their located in a great spot in the plaza with Target and Publix. Plenty of parking. SN: If you’re currently looking for a job they are hiring at this location.

Haven't been to tjmaxx in a while. Was impressed with the selection of clothes. This particular tjmaxx didn't impress me with it's other qualities. The lady at the dressing room in my pictures was rude. I asked if she needed to count my clothes or could I just walk in. She says o you can't just walk in.\ I said okay I have 3. She said \over here\ while pointing with her eyes like I was a kids. That's a no go on the customer service end. Also there were things out of place that I saw. Maybe they need to have more attendants floating around the store. The line went fast so that is a plus.
