If I could have given this place zero stars I would. So, my mail MATTERS, and I don't appreciate the lies. First I get a message through Amazon that my package is ready for pickup. USPS attempted delivery but was unable to deliver. LIES!!!! Where's my info notice telling me WHERE to pick it up from. So I call the 800 number and she tells me it was scanned for pickup at 10:47 at night and she don't know why. Then she gives me the number to contact the location and the number is disconnected. If I don't receive my package by 9pm I will be doing an UPDATE!! PLEASE STOP USING COVID-19 AS AN EXCUSE FOR BAD SERVICE!

After 2 blank trips up there on yesterday and a few unanswered phone calls I still don’t have my piece of parcel and to add insult to injury the Supervisor Muckle left early on yesterday ( must be nice) while I was making my 2nd attempt during my lunch break. I still don’t have my mail and every is blaming the fill in courier that helped on the route the day that pale pink slip was placed in my mailbox! Annoyed. I just want the parcel that’s addressed to me without all the extra run around!
I missed my package delivery over the Holiday, they sent it to this Post Office for pick up, and it was the SLOWEST experience I ever had at a Post Office! If you can dodge going to this location for ANYTHING, please do people. Save the stress and time!
Horrible. Just horrible. These people DO NOT know what they are doing. Packages are always lost but marked as delivered. Whe you arrive to the site. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. You will wait at least 30 minutes before someone comes to assist you after ringing the bell. Then you will waite another 30minutes. HOPEFULLY they will have what your looking for 60/40. This is LITERALLY the 5th time this has happened if not more. I had to ring the bell 10 times and No one ever came.
For over 5years this post office has been my main post office due to the area I like to live in and now this is the number one reason I can’t wait to move to the Northside. This is not the first time I have my mail held at office and every time the carrier takes it out on route thus when he come back the post office is closing and they keep telling me to come the next day and I get the same response “ Your mail is out” .... “Why, I put my mail on hold a week ago for a min so No mail should go there!” Well their system here doesn’t work and I officially hate USPS!
