I first visited the Pace, FL store. That was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was so bad that I considered switching services. I decided to try the Milton store before leaving a 15 year service. From the time I walked into the store, the sales rep was outstanding. He was courteous, considerate, knowledgeable and overall had outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.

I went there multiple times regarding problems with my account and they were never able to solve them, but they simply said to call the customer service. Plus, they gave wrong informations regarding discounts. If I had known about that earlier I would’ve probably opened the account online without going to the store and wasting time. Worst customer service ever!
