I traveled 9 miles to the location on Church Street, in the pouring rain and I am disabled . After waiting for customers who were before me, when my turn came, I just wanted to pay a bill. I was told they are having problems and not accepting cash. advises to go to another location for payment. as the rep could see, I could barely walk, due to total knee replacement, it was very hard for me to get up from chair. I went back out, into poring rain to drive to another location to make payment. I rate this device POORLY.

The staff at this location are phenomenal!! Very friendly and will make you smile! I had visited the store straight from work and it was refreshing to receive excellent customer service!!!
I have been with ATT since 1985. I was very upset when my IPhone died over the Christmas holiday. It was my first and it had a good run. I want to thank Ms Burgandie for being very patient with me, and helping me the 2x I came to the store for help. She also was assisting other customers at the same time, and I felt she is a good listener and customer service agent. A few of the customers were being difficult, and she remained her composure and professionalism. Thank you again and I appreciate you (give her a raise).

She walked through the process of moving a number from one account to another and was super patient with us. It’s obvious she puts the customer first.
