I decided to help an elderly friend by getting them a cell phone for emergency use. Last week I spent about 3 hours on the phone with AT&T through 611 and it was beyond frustrating. FINALLY, after being transferred multiple times and having to call back several times, I was told I had to go to a local store to get a prepaid SIM card. Cris, and the Sequim store to the rescue! When I called, he was friendly, honest, and accommodating. When I showed up, he was efficient, laid back, and super helpful in getting me set up. Grateful to run across some still sane people during Covid crazy!

Riley is awesome! I showed up with a cellular modem that I got off Amazon - hoping that I could get it to work on the network. He didn't skip a beat - got it all setup, explained all of the plans to me, and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes!
These guys are great. I went in after losing my phone in the woods and these guys fixed me up with the model I wanted for a replacement in no time. Cristopher was extremely helpful and I would consider this the best experience I have had at an AT&T store. Cristopher found me a sweet deal so I could get my girlfriend a new screen cover for free (buy one get one deal) and installed mine while we waited. The update was going to take longer than expected so Cristopher offered to call my girlfriends phone when it was finished. We were able to grab some coffee from down the street and pick my new phone up when it was ready. Cristopher was kind, patient and very helpful all around. I would highly recommend this store. O yeah, and this was on Halloween.
Riley was great and stayed an hour past closing time trying to help us figure out a very complex situation. Highly recommend!
The rep was waiting for me. No wait. Knowledgeable and I got a great deal on my new phone. Happy with the experience.
