Top notch operation. We went for an evening paddle with friends and I somehow managed to mess up the reservation. The staff was able to quickly adjust and get us all into boats despite being extremely busy. Everyone is working hard but finds time to be kind and helpful. I higly recommend. The water is gorgeous, as well.

The owner is very professional and nice. Although we have peddled before, his demo of peddling skills still benefits us. The kayaks are nice and comfortable. It is well designed with several adjustable straps to fit everyone and provide important support. It really makes a difference, we didn't feel as tired as before. The life jackets are also comfortable and good for the summer weather. We definitely enjoy this beautiful trip.
Experience was very good. Members are very polite n helpful. We visited as family with 9 years kid. This was first time we tried kayaking.they gave a demo and helped with steps and guided us .It was windy but we were able to manage with guidance.They took special care for covid like sanitized / mask. Social distancing was maintained.Overall it was a good experience.
BE's staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The quality and condition of their equipment was much better than other kayak rentals I've used. I booked rentals for my family on the wrong day and was expecting to be crucified by them, but BE saved my life by arranging for 4 kayaks on the spur of the moment. Thank you all!
